Sealed Quotations are invited for disposal of a variety of unserviceable articles / utensils retained in the India Coffee House at Coffee Board, Head Office, Bangalore on “as is where is condition”. The list of articles proposed to be disposed off thus can be had from the Officer-in-charge of the above mentioned Coffee House and the inspection of all the above items retained in the above mentioned India Coffee House premises can be had during working hours.
Those who are interested to bid may submit their sealed quotations superscribed as “Quotation for unserviceable articles, ICH, Bangalore” to the Office of the Director of Promotion, Coffee Board, No. 1, Dr. Ambedkar Veedhi, Bangalore – 560 001 along with a demand draft for Rs. 3000/- favouring “Coffee Board General Fund Promotion Collection Account” towards Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) latest by 4 p.m. on 07.09.2007. The tenders will be opened at 4.30 p.m. the same day in the presence of the tenderers present. The E.M.D. in the case of the successful bidder will be adjusted against the remittance to be made and the successful bidder will have to make full payment of the amount for which the bid is finalized latest by 3 p.m. on 10.09.2007 failing which the successful bidder will forfeit the E.M.D. The Board reserves the right to accept/reject any or all of the bids/tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
